Dosage
Expose four ounces of spring water for 2 minutes by placing the glass on top of the magnetic strip; then drink three times a day: upon awakening, 3 o’clock, and before bedtime. The length of time needed to experience improvement will vary depending on the severity of your disease. In general, it is recommended that the card be used for a minimum of 3 to 6 months and longer if needed. There are no contraindications using these frequencies with any medications that may have been prescribed.
